Not in my house

So I happened to catch an episode of “Run’s House” last night on MTV and I was totally shocked by the idiocy of the directors of KIDS fashion. Basically the sun of Rev Run, Diggy (13 years old) was able to walk into their office with no formal pitch, no real idea other than “spacin’ out” (a great message to send to children) and get a contract for a clothing line. To me this is appalling and should not be encouraged by Rev Run or by MTV. There are two things that could be happening here. Either the KIDS execs are just so dumb that they actually bought the idea from Diggy, or it just another attempt to market to children using a child. If it is the latter (which I believe it is), it feels like this is on the level of tobacco execs using a cartoon to sell cigarettes. Anyway, I am sick of this abuse of our child culture and I want to protect the children more than we do. Don’t let Diggy believe his is all that with a clothing line that isn’t even his and don’t let children believe that they too can lead a life so up in the clouds that it is hardly believable like Diggy’s is.
